GDS & Online Booking Tools
Our system provides advanced booking tools for travel departments using Concur, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, as well as an online booking portal for corporate administrators and individuals. Travelers making their own reservations rely heavily on our mobile app OverlandRide for sedan and SUV airport service both locally and nationwide. Our seamless, fully integrated technology provides you more convenience, efficiency and accuracy. You can book, change and cancel reservations with ease, receive confirmations by e-mail and also retrieve receipts and travel reports.
We were one of the early adopters of On Board Recording Devices that are mounted behind the rear view mirror of a vehicle to monitor and record activities triggered by G-force sensitivity such as collisions, sudden braking, harsh acceleration and sharp cornering. In 2019 we upgraded our safety and monitoring systems to the innovative Samsara system. Even though our chauffeurs are diligently screened and thoroughly trained we have found these recording systems to be excellent reinforcement of safe driving practices, indispensable training tools and priceless back up in the event of a collision. In addition, Overland is the only chauffeured service company in Kansas City that implemented the Smith System Defensive Driving Training Program.
$5,000,000 Auto Liability coverage on our entire fleet is provided by an A.M. Best “A rated” carrier. Certificates of insurance are provided to corporate accounts on request. Overland is the only chauffeured service company in Kansas City who is a member of an insurance “captive” program, designated only for the most safety-conscious operators with low claims history and significant financial stability.
Pre-screening, criminal background checks including TSA screening at Kansas City International Airport, ongoing training, random drug testing and DOT compliance are performed as our commitment to your safety and peace of mind.
