The summer concert series in the Greater Kansas City Area is about to get underway with a bevy of hot shows rolling into venues across the city. For contemporary country music fans, Carrie Underwood is coming to the Sprint Center on May 1st. The former American Idol winner will be performing hits from her new album Blown Away, as well as fan favorites from her three previous studio albums. Later in the summer, Taylor Swift will be playing two soon-to-be-sold-out shows at the Sprint Center (August 2nd and 3rd). As part of her Red Tour, Ms. Swift will be playing a lengthy set list of hits to the screaming masses.
